 Gerina Piller is an American professional golfer who competes on the LPGA Tour. Gerina Piller started her professional career after graduating from the University of Texas-El Paso in 2007. Mendoza appeared on The Big Break, a reality television show that airs on Golf Channel. She is now 36 years old young and a citizen the United States. Aries is her birthstone. Also, she is of Mexican-American descent. She grew up in her home town with her one brother and three sisters. She had always wanted to become a basketball player when she was young, but her mother had encouraged her to be an elite golfer. She started playing golf at the age of 15, and has been doing the same ever since.In regards to academics she graduated from Goddard High School. She won the New Mexico state golf championship in 2003. She was also a state volleyball player. In 2003, she was enrolled at the University of Texas.
